Delivery time
Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address can lead to an additional delay! Please check carefully your personal data when registering and placing an order.
The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.
Delivery is carried out daily from 10am to 6pm, on Saturday – from 11am to 4pm. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Delivery time depends on the time of placing the order and the availability of goods in stock.
Delivery place
Delivery is carried out at the address specified at checkout. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must contact us immediately on info@orliplyart.com and provide the desired delivery address. We will contact you back with confirmation or further instructions.
Delivery Rules
It is not the responsibility of the Delivery Service employees to provide advice and comments on the consumer properties of the goods. Upon delivery, check the completeness of the delivered goods, the correspondence of the delivered goods to the description on our website, also check the goods for mechanical damage. If you do not make claims regarding mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future.
